Refund Policy Plastic Surgery Miami Group LLC

Scheduling a consultation/appointment requires the coordination of many different resources. You acknowledge and agree that upon execution of this Refund Policy (the “Agreement”) we will incur certain costs and expenses in order to schedule and prepare for the delivery of Services to you. This takes time to handle properly so that the patient will enjoy a quality experience. As such, you are required to pay Plastic Surgery Miami Group a one-time NONREFUNDABLE $500.00 USD deposit (the “Deposit”) concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.


You agree and acknowledge that the Deposit SHALL IN NO EVENT BE REFUNDABLE, NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. You agree not to violate this Agreement by seeking a chargeback of this nonrefundable fee. Moreover, for purposes of clarity, failure to fully complete the Services for any reason whatsoever, including reasons beyond your knowledge or control, shall not entitle you to a refund. If your ability to attend your appointment changes, you are responsible for rescheduling or canceling your appointment as soon as possible. 

A failure to show up for your appointment will be considered a “no show” and if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a “late cancel.” No shows and late cancellations are associated with your account and may result in you incurring a charge.As per the requirements of the surgical procedure, it is a MUST that patients have a BMI of 34 or lower. This criterion is based on international guidelines for safe surgery and is necessary to minimize the risks and complications associated with obesity during and after the procedure.
